Account Verification (KYC) At TowerBet
TowerBet runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you. The platform asks for documents through the account verification area and reviews them before unlocking certain actions.
TowerBet triggers verification when you request a withdrawal, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach an internal threshold, when you change personal details (name, date of birth, address), or when the risk system flags the account for unusual activity. Some accounts get asked to verify right after registration, especially if the sign-up data is incomplete or inconsistent.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A valid passport or national ID card. TowerBet expects a clear colour photo or scan showing the full document, all corners visible, and the MRZ (the two-line code on passports) readable. If the system asks for a selfie check, you upload a live selfie or a photo holding the document to match your face to the ID.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and current residential address. TowerBet accepts a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank or credit card statement, or an official government letter. Screenshots are rejected when they crop out the issuer, date, or address line.
- Payment method: For bank cards, TowerBet asks for photos of the card with only the last 4 digits visible; you cover the middle digits and the CVV. For e-wallets, TowerBet requests a screenshot or PDF page from the wallet account showing your name and wallet ID/email. For bank transfers, TowerBet asks for a bank statement or a document showing the account holder name and IBAN/account number.
Standard review time is 1–24 hours after you upload clean files. Manual review takes 24–72 hours if the images are blurry, the names do not match, or the address document is older than the accepted date window.
Verification blocks withdrawals until approval. Deposits and gameplay can stay available during review, but TowerBet freezes the account if the uploaded documents look altered or if the payment method cannot be tied to the account holder.
